Team TIBCO and You – Let’s Ride! Whether you are a cycling enthusiast, or just enthusiastic, join Team TIBCO (North America’s # 1 women’s cycling team) on an exciting ride through Red Rock Canyon. As a TUCON attendee, this is your opportunity to ride with these elite cyclists, along the beauty of this National Conservation Area rich in sandstone peaks and huge red rock formations.
The cycling route is approximately 10 miles long and will (depending on your level of experience) take you anywhere from 1 hour - 1:40 mins to complete. For those riders who are looking for a bit more of a challenge; keep going! Go for two loops of the canyon with Team TIBCO.

TUCON 2011 TEAM TIBCO CYCLING EVENT RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the TIBCO User Conference 2011 Team TIBCO Cycling Event (“Event”), I hereby freely acknowledge and agree that:
1. CYCLING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND I FULLY REALIZE THE DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including, by way of example and not by limitation, weather conditions, surface hazards, colliding with pedestrians, vehicles, other riders, fixed or other moving objects, which can possibly result in serious physical and/or mental injury, as well as, death.
2. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, associated with this Event and assume full responsibility for my participation in this Event.
3. I will comply with all rules and regulations of the organizer(s), including but not limited to the requirement that all participants wear a helmet during the Event. I have no physical or medical condition that would endanger me or others or interfere with my ability to safely participate in this Event.
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, assignees, and successors in interest (collectively “Successors”), HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS TIBCO Software Inc., its officers, employees, agents and other participants with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to persons or property associated with my participation in this Event, whether arising from the negligence of others or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
